Boosting your mental health can have a positive impact on coping with disability by instilling hope, #problemsolvingskills solving, self-love/#acceptance, and many more.
On Wednesday, 27 June 2022, we were invited to talk about mental health in association with people living with disabilities, on a show called Let’s Talk Health. We were also invited by the Magistrate Court to attend their wellness day commemoration which had the theme: Promoting a #healthy and #safe culture in the #workplace.
