2018 World Mental Health Day

The theme for the YEAR 2018: Young people & Mental Health in a changing world

Young People are really faced with a lot of burnout that leads to suicide and other #Mental#Disorders

This starts with how much we invest in #Maternal#Mental#Health as a nation

” Maternal depression can have far-reaching consequences on the development of the baby, with problems extending into childhood and adolescence”

It then goes to how much we invest in #Children s #Mental#Health right now in Botswana where do we take our children for diagnosis and treatment? ( Marina Psychiatric Clinic)?

It then goes to the issue of mainstreaming #MENTAL#HEALTH in our education from grassroots to equip kids with skills that can assist them to prevent some of the disorders

How much are we investing in #Psychosocial#Support for the #Youth to be open enough about their challenges

Come to think of it #Challenges Young people go through

*unemployment

*Divorce

*Abuse

Etc

#Countdown to #10th#October #2018

#Mentalhealth is the #genesis of #Health
